Aims and Objectives

To continue to provide a unique creative environment for adults with learning difficulties that is widely recognised, valued and respected.
Offer a high standard of educational or skills orientated leisure activities to all day service users to meet their identified needs and enhance their creativity.
To maintain the belief that empowering and developing the creative nature of individuals enhances their quality of life.
Promote freedom of choice which may involve risk. This need not prevent supporting the choice as long as it does not impede the safety and quality of life for others. Therefore maintaining high staffing levels helps us to monitor risk(s) and make suitable changes to situations when necessary.
That it is important to continue to evolve the working farm to promote skills in animal husbandry that we believe strengthens group interaction and inclusion nurturing individuals for work placement.
To maintain strong links with local art groups to promote service users work and offer specific workshops.
Open the Art Barn to the public as part of Norfolk Open Studios promoting art work for sale.
Central principals for providing day services will encompass self determination and empowerment.
