Staffing

The dedicated, trained, and experienced staff team mentor individuals using a person-centred approach to enable service users to enjoy the type of activity they choose. We encourage and support people throughout the day and adapt the daily programme of events and outings to suit people’s needs and interests.  

Many of our staff are trained and experienced in their field of expertise i.e., animal husbandry, art degrees, specialist communication, care qualifications together with mandatory training.  Some staff hold accredited training to administer medication if required.

Fees and charges

Day Service:

Full Day £81.14+VAT

Half Day £48.58 +VAT

We may be able to accommodate the following sessions:

2 hours £ 32.18 + VAT

1 hour £ 17.90 + VAT

We may be able to provide 1-1 staffing at:

£16.50 + VAT per hour for 1:1 staffing or 

£28.53 + VAT per hour/part thereof for 1:1 personal care 

Sensory Room:

£17.50 + VAT per person per hour for an individual session

£13.50 + VAT per person per hour for a shared session (up to four people).

No Show – charged 50% of the booking session

Cancelled (within 48 hours) – charged 25% of the booking session

Transport and entry fees for off-site activities and outings are not included in our rates and will be charged individually at the time if a service user wishes to participate.
